On a regular schedule that fits your needs (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), we swap out your dirty filters with clean ones — ensuring your system runs efficiently and your kitchen stays safe and compliant.
With this program, you’ll never need to purchase, wash, or track your own filters again. We handle everything from delivery and pickup to cleaning, inventory management, and replacement.

- Confirm filter sizes and quantities.
- Verify your preferred service frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
- A Hoods Unlimited Sales Rep will visit your location to:
- Quote & Setup
- We create a custom quote in ServiceTrade for your approval.
- Once approved, you provide payment information (either in your onboarding form or securely via our Update Payment Portal).
- Service Begins
- Our Filter Exchange Service Technician delivers your two sets of filters.
- On your agreed schedule:
- Dirty filters are collected.
- Clean filters are installed.
- Filters are cleaned, sanitized, and tracked in our system.
From there, the cycle repeats seamlessly — you don’t have to lift a finger.

We provide you with two full sets of filters. On your chosen schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), our technician swaps out the dirty filters with clean ones. The dirty filters are then cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for your next visit. You never have to buy, wash, or track filters again.
No! We have month to month contracts in place that automatically renew each month unless you decide to cancel the service. If you decide to cancel at anytime, we will collect our filters back and re-install the original set of filters you have for your hood(s).
We provide you with two full sets of filters that belong to our company. During your service with Hoods Unlimited you can store your current filters somewhere on or off site. If at anytime you decide to cancel service, we will collect our filters back and you can replace the hood with your original filter set.
The one-time start-up fee covers:
- Measuring and confirming your filter sizes on-site
- Ordering or preparing your two sets of filters
- Setting up your service schedule and account in our system
- Ensuring your billing and autopay are securely established
Pricing is based on number of filters and service frequency:
- Weekly: $12 per filter per visit
- Bi-Weekly: $15 per filter per visit
- Monthly: $18 per filter per visit

No. Dirty filters are collected and brought back to our warehouse where they are cleaned and sanitized using industry-standard processes. This keeps your kitchen disruption-free.
Yes. You can switch from monthly to bi-weekly, or from bi-weekly to weekly, at any time. Just contact our office or speak with your technician to update your schedule.
Yes. We provide multi-site discounts for franchise groups, school districts, hospitals, and organizations with multiple kitchens. Ask us for a custom quote.
