This role is a combination of field sales and office-based follow-ups, requiring excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with business owners and facility managers.

Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Charlotte, NC
This role starts as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), where you’ll prospect, qualify, and close new business for Hoods Unlimited’s kitchen exhaust cleaning services. You’ll complete a 2–3 week training program in Atlanta (housing and meals provided) before launching full-time in Charlotte to build the market and drive sales growth. The long-term goal is for you to grow into the Regional Sales Manager, leading the territory and overseeing your own sales team with $100k+ earning potential.

Accounts Receivable Specialist - Woodstock, GA
An Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role involves sending invoices, following up on overdue balances, resolving billing issues, and working closely with clients to keep accounts current. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and organization are essential.

Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Technician - Savannah, GA
This role begins as a Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Technician, where you’ll complete overnight cleaning services in restaurants, schools, and other facilities using professional equipment and safety protocols. After 6–10 weeks of training in Atlanta (with lodging and meals covered), you’ll return to Savannah to lead jobs, build customer relationships, and help grow the market. The long-term goal is for you to become the Regional Manager, earning $75k+ per year with bonuses while overseeing your own team and territory.
